Welcome to aceph31 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aceph31, governing your access to and use of the aceph31 website located at aceph31.net, including all associated games, features, services, promotions, and content offered thereon.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise using any part of the aceph31 platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

aceph31 operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government body responsible for regulating gambling activities in the Philippines. These Terms are designed to comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and applicable Philippine law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. aceph31 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. To register and maintain an account on aceph31, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations. aceph31 does not permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any gambling activity on the platform.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the platform.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by aceph31 or PAGCOR, or be subject to any court order or regulatory prohibition preventing you from gambling.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of aceph31, its affiliates, or its game providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Registration Process

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on aceph31. Multiple accounts registered by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the personal information associated with your aceph31 account remains accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your aceph31 account credentials, including your username and password. aceph31 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to add an additional layer of protection to your account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Account sharing is a breach of these Terms.
• Any activity carried out through your aceph31 account — whether or not authorized by you — is your sole responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify aceph31 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
• aceph31 reserves the right to lock or suspend any account that shows signs of unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or security compromise, pending investigation.
• You must not use automated bots, scripts, or software tools to access or interact with the aceph31 platform in any manner.

Deposits

aceph31 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are credited to your aceph31 wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. aceph31 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or network outages. GCash and Maya deposits typically reflect within seconds; bank transfers via PesoNet may take up to one banking business day.

• All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• aceph31 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit transaction.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified payment source may be withheld pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) procedures. aceph31 may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits before processing any withdrawal. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR oversight and is implemented to prevent fraud and money laundering.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal processing times: e-wallets (GCash, Maya) typically within 15–30 minutes; bank transfers within 1–3 banking days.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• aceph31 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending full investigation.

aceph31 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your aceph31 account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced percentage. Contribution rates are displayed within each promotion's specific terms.

Fairness & RNG Certification

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption that results in an ambiguous game outcome, aceph31 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aceph31 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts, or assisting another person to register an account in your name or on your behalf.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.

Self-Exclusion

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the aceph31 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any aceph31 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on aceph31's intellectual property.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game component of the platform.
• Use the aceph31 brand, name, or logo in any commercial context or in any manner that implies endorsement without explicit written authorization.

Unauthorized use of any aceph31 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aceph31 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the aceph31 platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

aceph31 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, viruses, or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring that their devices and internet connections are adequately secured.

In any event, aceph31's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their aceph31 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aceph31 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the aceph31 Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and ongoing platform use — including your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information, and gameplay records — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. aceph31 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

aceph31 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, aceph31 will provide reasonable notice via on-site announcement, email notification to the address registered on your account, or both. Minor clarifications may be made without notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Account Suspension & Termination

aceph31 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory requirement or directive from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Inactivity of 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable Philippine regulations on dormant accounts.

Upon termination of a player account for cause, aceph31 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of the aceph31 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are required to first attempt to resolve disputes with aceph31 through the following process:

• Step 1: Submit a written complaint to the aceph31 support team at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought.
• Step 2: aceph31 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.
• Step 3: If the dispute remains unresolved after the internal review process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official regulatory complaint channel.

aceph31's decision following the internal review process is final and binding for gameplay disputes involving game outcomes, RNG fairness assessments, and bonus calculation matters. Financial disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with their regulatory procedures.
